Seamless Self-Registration Process:

    ➢ Download & Install IOB Mobile App from Google Play / Apple Store.

    ➢ Provide Retail Customer id or 15-digit Account Number.

    ➢ Set 6 Digit Login Passcode.

    ➢ For Fund Transfer, Set 6 Digit mPin through ATM Card details.

    ➢ Login Passcode and mPin should not be the same.

New and Important Features in Short:

    ➢ Payee sync between Net Banking and Mobile banking Fund Transfer   ➝   Select Payee  ➝  Net Banking Payee Sync

    ➢ Allow one time Fund transfer without Adding Payee- Payee wise (Maximum 10 payees) one Time Quick Fund Transfer maximum up to Rs.10000/-is allowed without adding Payee.

    ➢ After adding Payee, Cooling period of 4 hours would be there. After cooling period of 4 hours, Fund transfer is allowed up to maximum Rs.50000 for next 20 hours.

    ➢ Enabling Monthly Email statement   ➝   In Settings option

    ➢ Debit card: Apply/Upgrade/Replacement: In card services  ➝  Debit card servicesàSelect Account to get applicable options.

    ➢ Debit card Pin generation: Debit card services  ➝  Select Account to get applicable options.

    ➢ Debit card Change Pin/Forgot Pin: Debit card services  ➝  Select Account to get applicable options.

    ➢ Term Loan payment: In Fund transfer menu.

    ➢ Apply IPO (ASBA) through Mobile Banking: In Home page.

    ➢ UPI - Scan and Pay facility: Available in home page.

    ➢ Nippon Mutual Fund application: In service request option in home page.
