Some common Soundbox issues with their probable solution are as follows: 

  1. Network Issue / Network Not Getting Connected / Connectivity Problem:

    Step 1: Reinsert the SIM card and reset the device.
    (If the issue is resolved, no further action is needed. If not, proceed to Step 2.)

    Step 2: Insert a personal SIM card to verify network connectivity.
  1. Charging Issue / Charger Cable Not Working:

    Step 1: Charge the device fully until it reaches 100%.

    Step 2: Try using an alternative charger to check if the issue persists.
