Key Winning Criteria

  • Top transacting customers, doing maximum successful bill / recurring payment (Only Digital Transactions) in a month (during Campaign period) on the Bharat BillPay Platform, will get rewards.
  • Minimum 03 successful bill payment/ transactions (Only Digital Transactions- through Internet Banking & Mobile Banking) during the campaign period.
  • Customer doing Transactions on agent outlet and agent POS will not be considered for this campaign.
  • Same customer cannot claim/win multiple awards from multiple OUs participating in the campaign. One customer is eligible for one Award only.
  • Minimum Transaction Value  - INR 100
  • Customer need to Click a Selfie/Photo with the receipt of Successful bill payment and post it on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter (Any Social Media Platforms) tagging respective banks. This would be counted in qualification for final Winner, in case of a tie breaker situation for Top Prize Time stamp of transaction will be considered.
  • Bank/NBBL Management hold right to make changes in campaign and rewards plan.

 

BBPS payment Options in Internet Banking & Mobile Banking: 

  • In Internet banking customer has two options to pay bill through BBPS channel.

1. Pre Login:

  • Under Online Payment, select 'Bill Payment' option.
  • Select the biller & details required by the bill
  • Authorize the transaction using Internet Banking credentials, Fund Transfer PIN and OTP.
  • All the payments, only for merchant onboarded on BBPS platform, will be directed through BBPS by Default.

2. Post Login:

  • After login into Internet Banking, select 'Bill Payment' option.
  • Select the biller & details required by the bill
  • Enter Fund Transfer PIN and OTP to complete the transaction

 

  • In Mobile Banking, customer has to select Utility payments option. All the payments, only for merchant onboarded on BBPS platform, will be directed through BBPS by Default.
