I am happy to interact with you through this NRI News Letter – an effort which our Bank has
recently started to engage itself in a continuous dialogue with you.
We are extremely happy to share with you that we have received tremendous response to this initiative coupled with the increase of NRE deposit interest rate hike.
Our Bank’s offering of 9.25% across all maturities was well received by our customers. I take this opportunity to thank you for the faith you have reposed in us.
In the just concluded Platinum Jubilee year, we have added a number of branches and ATMs to cater to the local customers, which I am sure will be useful to your relatives in India. We also request you, if you consider useful, to make use of the recent RBI guideline to add a Resident close relative of yours in your NRE & FCNR accounts as joint account holder.
We have recently added a new e-mail id to help our NRI friends and we request you to use nrihelp@iobnet.co.in for all NRI related queries and of course for complaints, if any.
