For joining Modified Direct Benefit Transfer Scheme for LPG i.e. MDBTL (PAHAL)

there are two options.

1. If you have Aadhaar Number , Fill Form No. 1 and give it to your Bank and Form 2 to LPG Distributor.

2. If you do not have Aadhaar Number, Give 17 digit LPG ID to the Bank using Form No.3.

Give Bank Details to LPG Distributors in Form No.4.
