All other cases - 0.5% less than applicable rate for limits up to Rs.50, 000 and 0.25% less than applicable rate for limits above Rs.50, 000 |

Processing Charges, Upfront Fee and Mortgage Charges are waived for all loans granted under this Scheme |
| Other Terms |
Quantum of Loan, Margin, Security and Repayment Period are common in all respects with the normal loans under Agriculture and Allied Activities |
